We offer these additional services:
Commercial Building Inspection
We offer light commercial inspections for properties with an area of less than 20,000 square feet. Our careful walkthrough will reveal if a building meets basic commercial property standards while ensuring that there are no defects that could be hazardous for the safety of occupants.
If you’re about to list a home on the buyer’s market, then we recommend first scheduling a comprehensive inspection of the property. We’ll thoroughly assess the structure and integrated systems for any defective components that you need to be aware of before moving forward with a listing. With this knowledge, you’ll be able to inform prospective buyers of known issues, establishing trust and making repairs as you see fit.
New Construction Inspection
As the construction process concludes on your new home, it’s a good idea to hire the services of an unbiased third-party inspector. We’ll evaluate the structural components for safety and any defective materials, while also assessing any currently installed mechanical systems. If any issues are discovered, then there will still be a window of time in which the builder should be able to address them before you move in.
11th Month Warranty Inspection
Before the 1-year warranty has expired on your new home, you should contact us to inspect the property. If we discover any defective components or systems that have developed issues since you first moved in, then there’s a chance that repair costs could be covered by your home’s warranty.
If you’re investing in an older home, then there’s a high probability that insurance agencies will require this inspection before they’ll consider offering coverage. We’ll evaluate four of the most important areas of a property to see if they’re in acceptable condition: the roofing system, heating and cooling systems, electrical system, and plumbing system.
This is a follow-up inspection for components that have been repaired or replaced since we found them to be faulty during the initial home inspection. We’ll assess any modifications that have been made for safe and proper installation, ensuring that no other issues are present.
Wind Mitigation Inspection
A good home must be able to withstand the ravages of wind and weather—and this inspection is intended to ensure that your current or prospective home can do just that. We’ll assess the property to see what protective implements are currently in place, offering suggestions for any areas that could benefit from additional measures.
Aerial Drone Photography
Standalone drone services are offered for clients who would like an otherwise inaccessible roof to be inspected or who would like high-elevation photos of a home. This is an ideal service for roofs that are known to have existing damage, unsafe pitch, or slick building materials.
